You can delete your KamiTrack account and everything stored against it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out. Nothing is kept in a recycle bin and there is no undo.
Email kamizan980505@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject “Delete my KamiTrack account”.
We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from the same email address, so that nobody can delete an account that is not theirs.
| Deleted immediately | Why |
|---|---|
| Your profile: name, username, photo, cover image, biography, showcase artwork, avatar frame | It is yours. |
| Step counts, distance, active hours, water, and every recorded run including its route | Activity data belongs to the account that produced it. |
| Tasks and reminders | Private to you already. |
| Posts, comments, likes, reshares and uploaded images | Removed from other people's feeds along with the account. |
| Direct and group messages you sent, and your group memberships | Removed with the account. |
| Friends, followers, following, achievements and sign-in history | Removed with the account. |
| Your login credentials and push notification token | The account no longer exists, so neither should the way into it. |
| Kept | Why, and for how long |
|---|---|
| Reports you filed about other people's content — with your name removed | A report is evidence about the account being reported, not about you. If deleting your own account erased the reports you had filed, reporting would stop being worth anything. Your identity is severed from them immediately; the report itself is kept while the matter is open. |
| Groups you created that still have other members in them | Ownership passes to the longest-standing remaining member. Your messages and membership are still deleted — the group survives so that everyone else does not lose their conversation. |
